On all our bookings the inital booking will be penciled into the diary, I would then require a deposit within 7 days which can be made in several ways, bank transfer, cheques or cash, a full receipt will be given and then the booking is fully confirmed, if no deposit made within the 7 days the booking will be cancelled and you would need to rebook, the deposit would be 20% of the booking and the rest to be paid in full no later than 2 weeks before the event happens.

If by the unfortunate chance the booking has to be cancelled, the 20% deposit will be forfeited, but if more than 20% has been paid the existing amount will be returned to you within 7 working days, normally done within a few days of cancellation.  If you cancel within 14 days of the photoshoot then all monies will be  forfeited, if by chance I am the one that has to cancel, you will recieve 100% of your monies paid back without quibble.

All the photos taken will be saved on an external hard drive for no longer than a 12 month period, after that time has elapsed I will then delete all photos from your shoot. all photos that will be available for viewing online, will only be accessible for a 1 month maximum period then they will be removed, but as stated the photos will be kept aside for a full 12 month period, so not all would be lost.

I have the right to use the photos as I wish, eg for use on my website and social media, not all the photos will be used just a select few, just to show others what I have done and to what they could expect
